About Josh Collier

Josh Collier is a Fractional Chief Revenue Officer who builds AI systems that drive revenue for 7–9 figure brands. He runs MoreOpportunity.io and consults with founders, agencies, and high-ticket service businesses on what to build, what to automate, and what to keep human.

💼 Background

Josh started his career in regulated financial services — first as a Licensed Financial Consultant at Transamerica Financial Advisors, then as an Associate Investment Advisor at LPL Financial. That training in compliance, fiduciary thinking, and quantified ROI still shows up in how he approaches client work today: every system he builds has to justify itself in revenue, not vanity metrics.

In January 2024, Josh founded MoreOpportunity.io to focus full-time on AI-powered lead generation and appointment systems for agencies, coaches, and B2B service providers. Since then, he has worked with founders across more than 100 industries, generating millions in revenue through warm-inbound automation rather than cold outreach.

🎓 Education and Roots

Josh studied Business Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), with an associate degree from Nashville State Community College. He grew up in Clarksville, Tennessee and is now based in Murfreesboro.

💡 What He Believes

Josh’s working philosophy comes through clearly in conversation:

Stop trying harder. Get a better strategy.

Most entrepreneurs approach standing out the wrong way — start a podcast, start a YouTube channel, write a book, get on TikTok, pay for PR, fix the website. That approach is hustle without strategy. The work is to organize what you already have.

The information should be free. The implementation should be paid.

Publish your knowledge openly. People who want to do it themselves will. People who want a first-class experience will hire you to implement it for them. That is the model.

Honor people instead of pitching them.

Implied endorsement beats testimonial. When you feature someone in your work, boost the content about them, and target the right audience with it, you create something more valuable than any paid placement: a celebrity endorsement that happens naturally because you honored someone.

Everybody was created with some kind of gift.

The fight is to figure out what your gift is, because that is where your purpose lives. Business is one of the places that purpose gets to show up.
