Josh Collier is the founder of Future Proof Foundry and the author of The Entrepreneur's Cockpit — a framework for building Agentic Workforce Infrastructure for founders and their teams.
A pastor's kid out of Tennessee, Josh has spent eight years as an entrepreneur. After graduating in 2020 with a degree in entrepreneurship, he cut his teeth in financial services from 18 to 23, then pivoted into high-ticket coaching and into AI. He went on to build voice and chat AI systems for lead follow-up and conversion.
Today Josh works directly with founders of high-ticket service businesses — more than 300 founders across 30+ industries, including teams at GoHighLevel and ClickFunnels. He has deployed 100+ AI systems that have generated millions in revenue, including a single reactivation campaign that produced $1M in 90 days for one company.
Off stage, Josh is a golfer, a dog dad to a Golden Retriever named Faith, and a man of faith himself.
